By using the Music Near Me mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not impersonate another person or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
• Use the App to send spam or unsolicited promotional content
• Attempt to access another user's account or our systems without authorization
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law

User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the App and to other users. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Venues, Events & Artists

The App displays venue, event, and artist information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any listing. Users are responsible for verifying details before traveling to or attending an event.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the App or by emailing support@musicnearme.app.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Music Near Me will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
